Our wheelchair accessible holiday villa is located 3 1/2 miles from Walt Disney World. This villa is ideal for you and your family should you be disabled or handicapped in any way. We have central air conditioning throughout the villa and we also have ceiling fans located in all 3 Bedrooms and in the Living Room. Cable TV throughout the unit. DVD/VCR located in the living room area. Laundry room is equipped with a washer, drier, iron and ironing board. Allphone calls Local calls are free and the telephones are easy to hook up to data ports.

Each bedroom has large closet space and plenty of draws throughout the villa. All towels and bed sheets are provided. Electricity, water, utilities, cleaning and local telephone calls are included.

 

We make available a complete kitchen including stove/range, microwave,
dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, coffee maker,
kitchen silverware, glasses, knives and much more.

Also availible are beautiful and luxurious pools to enjoy
what the "Sunshine State" has to offer in the great Orlando, FL.

 

In accordance with Florida State Law, the villa is equipped with smoke detectors located inside each bedroom and also in the main hallway. This villa is covered by insurance and complies with all the regulations associated with short term leasing.
